Room was clean, activities were always available, staff were helpful
There’s no beach access, however there’s a shuttle service for limited access available.

Hard to find a thing… let s say the beach
1. It s not like the others riu s hotels( not even close)
2. We managed to check in after a very long day, went in the room which seemed to be the most far away building but anyway and when the luggage touched the mirror, the mirror felt over ( we had a 2 years old with us) .
3. I went to front desk to tell them what happened the lady said : we re sorry, but you have to be careful with the stuff from the room and you have to pay for the mirror ! I almost had a heart attack because the 20 kg mirror was staying in 2 small pins on the edge of them , barely hanging . What if my daughter would have touch it, or even me? Anyway… my husband went to talk with the manager, he apologized, he imagined what could have happened and offered other room
4. The other room had a very strong smell; we couldn’t figure it out from where ; really old sheets and the bed… bad bed.
5. The food , after we stayed at riu tequila , we couldn’t compare. It was ok but you can’t compare . You see flies next to the food, you don’t want to eat anymore .
6. And the staff in general… so bored, not helpful, it s like you’re bothering them with your presence. Really weird , especially if you re not drinking . When you drink maybe everything seems to be nicer but sober…😮💨
