Good place to stay

The location in south beach was unbeatable. You can be at ocean dr in 20 minutes and can explore miami beach. The apartment was small but has everything you need for a short 2 night break. Questions were answered very quickly and professionally by the owner.

For staying longer, it would be nice to have some more space for clothes.But it works also as it is.

Stay Away... Last place I would recommend to anyone.

Nothing. This property was a huge let down. The pictures looked really nice, but the infestation of flies really was disappointing.

The place was infested with flies. There was water leakage coming from the neighbors upstairs. No shower door or curtain, so the water went everywhere. There was no washer and dryer, I was under the assumption there would be, so we had to keep reusing the same towels. The creamer for the coffee was old. We were looking forward to the coffee promised in the mornings. We paid for parking for two, but could only get one spot. We did receive the money back on the 2nd spot we paid for. EXTREMELY NOISY - probably worse because we were on the bottom floor. Overall, I would never recommend this place.

The location was great, host was communicative, and the rooms were very comfortable.

There was an app to use for entry, but the host also provided a few physical keys for convenience. Host was extremely communicative which helped during early check in and figuring out parking. This was the perfect spot for our large group with lots of great food, clubs, and beach access all close by. The Bodega is a must when you visit!

Friendly staff but dirty accommodations

The property had two good size bedrooms with space for our family of 5. Plenty of Keys to get into the property. Nice tvs in each room. The host responded quickly to messages and the property manager Art was friendly.

The property was never properly cleaned. There were stains and hair on our bedding, hairs and flies in the shower, the floors instantly turned our feet black and felt very gross on our feet so we had to wear shoes inside, the fridge AND coffee maker didn’t work, the pull out couch was full of stains and the carpets on the ground were full of hair and cloth. Art did come replace the bedding, take the rug away, replace the fridge and the coffee maker, attended to the flies in the shake and came with a housekeeper to again clean the couch and floors but the floors were still bad upon return the accommodations again turning our feet black instantly. Only one trash bag alloyed for a family of 5 and no cleaning supplies for the kitchen area after cooking. More like at 20 minute walk to the beach.

Never go there again, full of roaches

N/a there we’re roaches everywhere. We killed 8 roaches all together and asked to get our money back, they refused to give me my money back bc they “offered cleaning” And were told we didn’t see anything. Obviously , since we freaking killed them. The host was name Jennifer, I avoid her and the place all together. Money is important to her and can’t even give the money back. Arch who is the manager of the place saw the roaches and offered to get his bug spray to keep killing them. Apparently there was a roach problem before according Arch and thought they cleaned up everything. That is obviously not enough for us to feel comfortable stay longer. We felt so unclean there that we didn’t even stay for a night, we left the same day. Jennifer saw the roach pictures and still felt the room was clean. It’s complete bull!!!

The fucking roaches, the roach poo on top of the refrigerator, the lack of professionalism in the host part by not giving our money back.

This property is not a place to stay for any vacation. Cooking range was broken , plastic disposable plates and bowls we there n never washed properly. Bed room table was broken already and shaking all the time . TV screen not in running condition. Overall bo one will satisfy paying such amount and having this experience. Do something better to get good reviews please .

Nice place, close to Miami Beach convention center, cozy. Maybe a sign to help find it, and update the flooring.

Fit 6 people very comfortably! Shower was really nice! Very cozy.

Hard to spot at night. Very limited parking. Noticed some soft spots in the floor, so we had to be careful walking around in some parts of the room.

Overall not a good experience for the price we paid. Will not stay here if we get other options.

NOTHING. Location is way off from South Beach. Not walkable. It may look like "only" a 20 min walk on Google maps from this property to SoBe, but in the FL heat it is not easily doable and this comes from someone who runs and walks alot. The free trolley service helps, but it eats away your vacation time.

The units are not in good shape. We were 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids in the 7 to 16 age range) & got a 2 bedroom unit - BR#1 has 2 double beds & BR#2 has 1 king & a sofa bed. All the rooms are small & dirty. The furniture (beds, chairs, dinning table), kitchen items like the bare bone utensils, are extremely cheap. The furniture is on it's last leg and can break easily even if kids sit on it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. The sofa bed is extremely cheap with spring/metal rods sticking into your bones when you sleep. The mattress on this sofa bed is paper thin and it rolls out on the floor. Mostly everything is 10-15 year old Ikea things. Kitchen sink is so small that one can barely wash a small plate without spilling water. So much for having a kitchen! Hardly any counter space. The other sink next to the toilet has extremely low water pressure that it takes way too longer to brush teeth or simply wash hands after using the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is also low and takes time to have a decent shower after a sticky hot day in the sun. When booking it asks how many people are there including children and the rate is shown as per the number of people. For ex. If you say 6 ppl vs 7 ppl the the rates slightly varies. We selected 7 ppl and paid what was shown (which was not cheap for non-peak season - end of June). But we were still provided w/only 1 toilet roll. Had I booked it for 4 ppl then still they would have provided 1 toilet roll (we did later go and buy our own, but this is a small thing that we should not have to worry about on vacation). However we were given 7 towels. Overall it was not a good experience for the price we paid. Will not stay here IF we come to Miami Beach again. This was a last minute trip for us and this was the only best option available for our 1 week stay. I will rather stay in Mid Beach IF South Beach is not available or if it is out of budget.

They need to do a lot more for the amount of money that they are asking for.

The view.

Knowing that it’s a six person room , they only allowed us four towels and wash cloths and only 2 trash bags for the entire stay. Also, they make you leave off the property to smoke. Also, the clerk is very very unprofessional. No people’s skills at all. Note: No matter when your flight leaves, they make u pay $95 even for a extra 2hours. They will put you out if you don’t pay. 😤😤

Location is perfect. Very affordable for family vacation. Has comfortable bedrooms. Nice and clean.

The only thing I concern about lock system in bedroom. It has same key for bedroom and entrance door. There is high chance to left keys inside the bed room and locked the door.

The condos are advertised with policies of no partying and quiet at early night time but there was nothing but young adults and teenagers there when we arrived. And both nights karting and loud guests throughout the night in close proximity to our apartment and the bedroom. Nothing is really done as there really isn't anyone present overnight to do anything. On our second night I got out of bed about 1 am and walked down stairs to office and knocked on door to have them do something about the noise and partying. No one was in office. The next day I saw one of the keepers there and told him. He said next time text message to the service. The service says that it could take 48 hours to respond 🥴

great location if your into great food and drinks and taking walks

the apartment was in a good location walking distance to lots of great food and drinks and about a 20 min walk to south beach and ocean drive. art the groundskeeper was great very accommodating and friendly.

we like to cook and the kitchen was very small with a very small sink so we didn’t do as much cooking as we normally would but it wasn’t a big deal. there was a futon to sit on but the apt doesn’t really have a living room type space to have the family hang out. I wasn’t thrilled with paying $30 a night for parking when we were the only ones parking there.

Good location within walking distance of all the main attractions of Miami Beach. The apartment offered parking, albeit at $30 a night. The flat was well equipped but lacked comfort.

The fixtures and furnishings were quite basic. Plastic bedside drawers, hanging rail rather than wardrobe. No drawer space or work top area in kitchen. Utensils piled in cupboard. No common seating area. Each bedroom had its own seating area. Needed the card key to enter the bedrooms if the doors were shut, making it easy to lock yourself out of your bedroom in the middle of the night! Also, fiddly 'digital ' key entry to the property which was emailed to you shortly before arrival.
