Guests watch dolphins from this balcony. It's where the mornings go, where the evenings end, and where most of the stay actually happens.
At 950+ square feet, this is a larger layout than most one-bedroom condos at this price point. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas all face the Gulf. New laminate flooring throughout — no carpet — keeps the space fresh and easy to maintain after beach days. The king master suite has a private balcony entrance and en-suite bathroom. A twin sleeper in the living room accommodates a third guest. One and a half bathrooms total. Shared ground level laundry.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Flat-screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi included. Some beach gear is provided. The heated community pool is at the beachside.

Great location with an awesome view. Upon arrival the top of refrigerator was dirty and there was a lot of sand in the hall closet. The paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) were the cheapest I have ever used, they were not very useful. The sliding door in the bedroom was not locked and the slider to the balcony would not lock. Great property, dated a little, but bed was very comfortable and shower while small had great water pressure. We would stay here again. Parking was awesome!

Nice property but it could not sleep more than 2 people. There’s carpet everywhere and it’s dingy and dirty. Too bad. Could be a fabulous place.
