Super Quiet, Very Comfortable - Will Hire Again

Super quiet and clean, well communicated on how to retrieve keys, wifi password, netflix & expectations during the stay including rubbish disposal. Fantastic for a family stay however I was travelling alone and felt refreshed after a decent nights sleep, away from hotel/motels on a main road. This will be a property of choice for both business & family trips.

Coffee machine was an American type dripper. A usual kettle or pod machine with sugar available would be great, this is the only fault I could identify - this being said - some fantastic coffee places are in the area, so take this with a grain of salt or... Sugar :)

beautiful home worth the money and close to everything, great host.

one of the best stays we’ve had and accomodation with booking, the house was super clean and had everything you needed, like toiletries, blankets and extra pillows, beds were comfy and the house in general was so beautiful love that they had a guest book for people to leave a little message, just love it overall. thank you shamiso will definitely be booking again🤍

Nice relaxing stay at a lovely property

The place was clean and tidy. The house was close to shops and was in a quiet location. The shower was amazing and the place had a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend this place!

Not an issue with the property but the neighbour had a dog that barked every night except the last night of our stay.

Great property, very quiet location, close to everything we needed

air con was great, water pressure was great, perfect location for what we needed to do

the amount of flies at night, but that’s not the properties fault, it’s the weather and time of year.

Exceptional

Very comfortable. The house had everything you could need, even basic provisions in the kitchen such as oil, sauces etc. We enjoyed the outdoor area and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. The location was very central and convenient. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The recycling bin was full to overflowing when we arrived but I suppose as collection is only once a fortnight it was not the owners fault.

Dripping kitchen tap, faulty smoke alarm in early am & sparking power point where small heater was connected. Have already informed owner during time of stay.

Much Much better placed out there considering the amount they are charging.

House was ok but overall customer service experience and willingness to help customer wasn't there at all. Though part of that was a stuff up from booking.com and their stupid system which somehow altered my booking to be for 1 guest instead of 3 and later refused to own up the mistake even after accepting that their is a bug in their system. Anyway after all this, when asked owner/manager of property to help out and explained the situation, they just cared about making more money out of this and forced me to pay $330 on the spot or vacate the property in the middle of night. Just heartless people who didn't even consider the fact that I was travelling with my wife and young child. All they cared about is their own money. This was even evident from the fact when I offered to pay half money that night in cash and rest next day as it was 11:30pm in night, I got told to go to atm and withdraw cash as they won't even accept bank transfer otherwise I need to vacate. Never came across such money minded people ever again. Never booking through booking.com.in future or at plantation heaven.

Some empathy towards someone's helpless situation would have helped.

Very good

House was clean and renovated. Very nice.

Only one TV. Backyard had very long grass. Weeds coming through the patio. Spiders all under the table and chairs outside. Not kid friendly at all outside.

Our group was a mature couple traveling with an elderly parent; and I'm a clean freak and germaphobe!I always hold my breath when I arrive somewhere, but the moment we opened the door we knew we had chosen the right property. The home is located in a quiet residential street close to a large shopping complex and only a short drive to the town centre and river precinct. It is tastefully furnished and decorated with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The best part was the exceptional cleanliness! The home presents exactly, if not better than pictured, and will not disappoint if you're after a very clean, quiet, home-away-from-home. The owner was quick to respond to messages. We will most definitely be back again and highly recommend this property.

Superb

Extremely happy with the accommodation. Just a couple of minor points: need more pegs for the clothesline, and some different plates and pasta size bowls would be great. The dinner plates provided were all not microwave safe. Thank-you for a great weekend!

Can’t wait to book in again on our next trip.

I loved that it was an entire house for the cost of a motel. We didn’t have to be around other people and it was so extremely comfortable and lovely.

Literally the only feedback is that we only were given one towel per person. Totally need two towels per person. Everything else was perfect.

Simple for a good price

Great location, spacious house with two bathrooms, wifi, carport for car cover. Undercover patio area and easy access (lockbox). While there is room for improvement the place was good enough and matches the price.

The place was mostly clean but does need a deep clean. Spare detergent (was almost empty on arrival) and more dish cloths would have also been helpful. As well as supplying more than one towel per person and the backyard needs a clean up.

Spotlessly clean and modern

Everything. Spotlessly clean. Modern. All mod-cons. Partially stocked pantry (basics) including tea, coffee & milk. Shampoo and conditioner supplied. All good. Excellent actually.

Nothing to dislike here. No complaints, except for delays in getting replies to my emails.

Great stay at quiet area, 5 min from city centre.

Nice, clean house with large backyard. BBQ and outdoor terrace. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook.

Disappoibting attitude from hosts.

Clean and well set out

The TV did not work which eas very disappointing as we were planning on having a cosy night watching the football. When called the owner made some excuse re antennae being blown down just before we arrived so could not be fixed in time. She said she messaged me but that was not the case. In the morning thexantennae was clearly visible in tact on the roof. She agreed to a reduction but despite me giving my bank details this has not been forthcoming.
