I spoke with the manager on the phone who was very, polite, friendly and helpful.

As two single ladies staying for a fun night in a new town. We did not feel safe in the area. we did not even stay at the property because of this. There was no parking with the property. We did not feel safe walking around the area. I hate to judge on first impressions but that is exactly what we did. The local people we saw around the property mad us feel unsafe.

Cannot fault a single thing. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Lovely atmosphere down in the bar aswell. Great value for money and just overall a pleasant experience. Definitely staying here again.

No dinner or breakfast available on premises but it was out of season and there are good restaurants within walking distance.

What a find! I needed a one night stay in Lincolnshire for my work. This little pub popped up on your site and was rated highly on TripAdvisor too. I wasn't disappointed. Lovely staff who gave a warm welcome, super home cooked evening meal with the freshest veggies, sat in the snug and soaked up the atmosphere. The room was great, warm, cosy and quiet, ensuite facilities and refreshments. I couldn't fault this lovely little place and will definitely be back. There was nothing not to like. I thought parking might be a problem but found street parking just outside.

Aidy and Laura provided amazing service and the room was very nice and exceeded expectations. It was very clean and had everything I needed. It's a Pub House with rooms, but the rooms are very modern and great for a short stay. Hospitality was very good also, and they really looked after me.

Beautifully clean single room. Everything you need for night stay - bed linen, towels, tv, water, and excellent decor/design.

Toilet/shower was along the corridor, not in the room. Kettle, tea, coffee items were shared in the corridor. Door lock was broken, I couldn't lock it at night. I didn't feel safe there. The parking...area looks rough and lots of double yellow lines, couldn't find where to park so I had to park my car far hoping to find it in the morning, and walked to the hotel. Not the same room as picture.

The room was clean and the staff member was welcoming on my arrival

I didn’t like leaving the keys in the room I felt like I needed to hand them in to a staff member. There were no cups available to have a drink I had to go downstairs to get one!
