A very pleasent and comfortable stay.....

Hotel was close to the University of MN and the mall. Staff went beyond expectations to make sure we had everything we needed.

All was above expectations.

Great staff, great location but bed was very bad. Also, louder than most hotels we have stayed at also.

Our bed. Probably the most uncomfortable bed we've stayed in. Had a big hole in the middle so stomach sleepers like myself couldn't sleep much and my back was super sore the next morning and day.

Meh...very Monet: looked good at a distance but was a mess up close!

The facility itself was modern and had plenty of conveniences. It appeared neat and orderly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

There was hair in our bathtub, the ADA shower was difficult to figure out and someone who couldn't stand up would be unable to operate it. The beds were uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well. The supposed soundproof room was anything but. The lids for the hot beverage cups didn't stay on and ended up causing me to scald my hand while spilling coffee all over the nightstand, phone, floor, and bed.

Clean, spacious, gym, pool. Breakfast fit for my health needs( gluten free options, vegetarian, non- dairy milk).

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had (and I'm a 60+ yr old traveler)!

Honestly, you have one of the best breakfast bars I've experienced. It was well stocked, in a large clean area. The food choices were healthy! (which is usually not the case in other hotels I frequent).

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for multiple towels.

This was the perfect place for our overnight stay in Duluth.

The location was great for our purposes, the environment was quiet and relaxing, 5$3 hotel was well-taken care of, the breakfast was good.

I would definitely stay again, if I was just passing through.

It was pretty good. It was nice having a hot breakfast.

I was really shocked how small the pool was—it is the size of a larger hot tub. How can it accommodate when your facility is fully booked? I was really hoping there would be a whirlpool, but there was none. Kind of a bummer but everything else was very nice, new and clean!

This is an updated facility with a very nice atmosphere.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and decorated for the holidays. We used the front sitting area to visit with family members. The workers were "very" pleasant and hard working! I noticed other families using the fitness room and pool.

The yogurt, juice, and waffles items were good for breakfast. Unfortunately, the english muffins ran short our last day and there wasn't any peanut butter because of a recall. The coffee bar area seemed well stocked.

The property was easy to find and centrally located for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. And the amenities were great.

We were put in a room that had been previously smoked in. When I called the might management to come and smell the room, she argued with me that the room did not smell like smoke. My point was that there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. When all was said and done, the room was comped. However, I would have liked heads that the room smelled like tobacco. I probably would have tried to find a different hotel.

the design is very current, great beds & shower. Good workspace and lighting! love the roller shade
