Breakfast was fine.
An elevator would be nice. We have some health issues. Help getting suitcases up stairs would have been nice.

The hotel is across the street from a big mall. Super location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with many options. The staff were great, especially the young desk admin guy baking cookies for an evening snack at 8 pm. That got guests talking and laughing together in the eating area. We would definitely stay here again.
There were fewer towels in the room than at other hotels we stayed at.

Our room was clean & comfortable. Hotel was quiet. The price was very affordable.
2 floors and no elevators. Had to lug our luggage up the stairs. Only 1 ice maker? It was on 1st floor. Had to go up and down stairs for that. Only 2 coffee pods in room. one decaf & one regular. We both drink regular. Got down to breakfast by 8:15. Scrambled eggs and sausage were out and not replaced.

Location was good.
The only reason we chose this particular hotel was because they had a pool. However, when we got there they told us the pool was closed for cleaning and should be open in a few hours but it never did open. Also, the room was tiny with a view of the roof.
