Suite was clean and close to pool. Information to access unit was clear and easy to follow.
We had someone put two beer cans on the hood of our truck overnight in the parking lot. We let it go but definitely some poor actors around.
We forgot two kids sweatshirts on the patio in the suite. This is our fault but if they were found and you have them, I would love to get them back. Two green volcom hoodies.

Everything was perfect: very clean, all the utensils needed in the kitchen, bathroom and cleaning tools. Very good location in the middle of the town, and direct route to the Fairmont Hot Springs.
The only problem was a threshold at the exit of the small hallway that separate the two adjacent apartments, that was not at the same level with the rest of the big hallway, and was not signaled in any way.
I stepped into the void, twice, and it was not too good for my bad lower back. Otherwise everything was excellent 👌.

The location was great, walking distance to the golf course and a short drive to the hot springs. Very affordable unit
The property needs some maintenance and repairs. Lots of broken tile on the kitchen floor. The microwave doesn’t work. The furniture is dated and damaged. The pillows are terrible. We had hair on the toilet and on one of the towels so the unit was not as clean as expected. Missing closet door at the entrance, no fireplace even though it says there is one …. Lots of maintenance issues
