Resort is dated and in need of a refit. Rooms were clean but did not get room serviced while we were registered and could be due to change over between winter and summer season staffing. Dining was just okay. Again, staff tried hard but maybe lack of training or seasonal staffing could be the problem. Pools were good.

Stayed only 1 night with family. The AC in the loft bedroom did not reach enough to cool the room. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was very helpful. Soaked in the pool in the morning which was warm, but I noticed the pool bottom floor was with leaves and other sediments therefore it was not cleaned. Otherwise, the stay was good for a last minute booking.

Wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. The natural springs pool were amazing.
