A comfortable room for two people, simple but good enough to rest, with excellent cleanliness. Its location is great, just 3 blocks from the square with Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, an 8-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, with various options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The staff, especially Omer, was very kind and gave us information and recommendations in the area.
The water when taking a bath comes out a little from under the door and wets the floor in front of the sink. We mentioned it to Omer, and he quickly went to solve the problem.

The location of this hotel is very close to any main attractions at Sultan Ahmed. You can go to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Museum just by walking distance. We stayed comfortably at the family room and walked to the nearby attractions with our 3 kids (16, 13 and 9) easily. The staff are also very accommodating especially when we need to do the ironing. We will surely come back to this amazing place one day.
Probably the noise from the passerby at night or in the morning. But not too distracting. It's still bearable.

location was outstanding. in a quite road near the main attractions. just under 5 minutes stroll to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia and lots of restaurants and shops around. also around 15 minutes walk to Grand Bazar and very easy to hop on to tram. Co-owner Omer was so kind and helpful and offered all kinds of help to us including suggestions of restaurants and how to travel to other places. as I was travelling with my family and my mum, he suggested an easy way to travel to Galata tower where we did not have to walk up hill. we loved our stay. we had connected family rooms with two bathrooms, which was great.

Staff and location were good
I found hair and stains on the sheets and towels, there were also hair and dust on the floor. They need to improve that.
The walls are very thin so I couldn’t sleep almost at all due to neighbours going in and out, using the toilet, talking even. Outside my window there was a hammam and it made noise every few hours at night.
The bed was noisy and stiff.
