It's right on 3rd St, close to downtown. It's away from the college. Big Maverick store very close by.
It's right next to the train yard, if train noise bothers you, you're going to pull your hair out. I don't mind but this review is for ya'll. Here's my line to cross: EVERY FREAKING NIGHT the place turns into Tijuana. Screaming, ariba, drinking, Mexican music, ESPECIALLY on the weekends. I'm not exaggerating. The cop shop is directly behind the hotel, they will break it up if called. I almost called ICE. Be warned.

Convenient. Staff always friendly and accommodating.
The room was not very clean. Floor was filthy and we could not walk barefoot without having black feet. The 2 chairs at the table were stained. The bathroom door stuck when you opened or closed it. The locks on the door were broken. No restaurant on site.

The room was spacious. It had a nice kingsize bed.
The hallway showed wear. The courtyard needs a refresh.
