Miserable, very dirty, carpet torn and dirty, floor to ceiling window broken and boarded up. No privacy curtains on floor to ceiling windows. We had to put a sheet up for privacy, but was no use to block out lights. I feel like I should receive a refund because I did not sleep. Bought the product to get sleep and we did not sleep.

it was suprisei. outside looks terrible. really used by truckers and rather rough looking workers as off interstates. however it was clean inside, with excellent shower massage and soft bed, not to far and easy commute to downtown 3rd street. extended my stay .rooms had metal doors?not for everyone

Migrant workers and welfare housing facility doubles as hotel. If you're a woman that likes being stared at walking to and from your room with groups of shirtless migrant workers drinking and smoking,, this is your place. Some were getting into confrontations and already drunk by 8:00pm. My daughter and I did not feel safe. If the town were not sold out for family weekend at the University, we would have moved somewhere else right away.

Exterior of building is run down. Pool is out of service. Front desk and lobby very clean. Service very good and very nice. Room was very clean. Bed was one the most comfortable I have ever had at a motel stay. Don't judge a book by its cover. I would definetley stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed fair. May need new mattress soon. The biggest issue was the condition of the walkways. Staircases and interior walkway. It was almost the reaso. We did not stay. In need of major repairs and fresh paint.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Filthy doesn't even describe it. I had to buy bleach and clean the bathroom before we could even use it. Mold growing in the bathroom, tub drain plug broken, burn holes in the curtains, pillows smelled like sweaty heads, wasn't vacuumed, black all over the walls and doors, carpet so dirty your feet turned black, windows didn't seal properly so the train was extremely loud. Too much to even list it all. If it's between this hotel and staying in your car, choose your car.

Needs a deep clean in general and some upgrades but nice staff and mostly clean for an overnight. Quiet. Doors are dirty and headboards need a thorough wipe down.

The management has made an attempt to upgrade but it is like putting on a band aid instead of getting stitches. I felt it was fairly clean however the curtains were all falling off the rods, tv console base was really dusty. The light over the bathtub I felt was probably not up to code. I don't believe the floor had been vacuumed before we arrived as I picked up several things and put in trash. My husband said the people at the desk were very nice. We could get our key to work and had to ask the housekeeper to get us in and she had difficulty. I heard the gentlemen next door, urinating in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable.

The room was fine and clean. But the television didn't work. The entire property needs a major remodel. Everything is grungy and dirty outside the room.

The room was horrible. The window had been broken and had ply board on it. The carpets were torn but the very worst thing was that the curtain rod was broken and we could not shut the curtain. Lamps were not plugged in and I could not reach the plug in between bed and wall.

The room smelled musty. The sheets had not been changed, neither the towels. The sink was dirty. The toilet was leaking. The seat was broken. The door of the room closed with difficulty. The walls are not thick, the neighbors put on loud music. Only positive point: the receptionist, overwhelmed, did her best.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating- she brought ice to the room after we found no ice in two machines. This was by far the filthiest motel we have encountered. The room was adequate but the property a shambles, filthy exterior staircase, 3’ high pile of stinky garbage in ext hall.

The staff was very nice & the coffee in rhe lobby was great! However, our room carpet was sticky & dirty, the hall needed vacuumed, the pool, hot tub weren't filled, & it was noisy outside at 7am with cement truck running & lawn trimmer going outside our room.

We will never stay here again. The place was absolutely filthy. The walls were thin. They did not have a pack and play for our infant. The bathroom lights did not work. There were only sheer curtain on the window. There dog food on the floor. Grim all over the tub. I can not believe this was even available through Hotel.com. We will not be likely to use your services again since we were precluded to canceling our reservation and going somewhere else.

All the lights and appliances were unplugged. I had to pull out furniture to do that to use the refrigerator, lamps, TV, etc. In doing that you could see there was debris near the walls where it hadn't been cleaned.
