This is the second college residence I stayed in my trip, first was in Toronto.
Room was huge and had everything we needed for our stay. Free parking available. There are vending machines with basics so you can have a meal in your room if necessary.
There was a communitarian lounge and kitchen, but we didn't use either.
Cleaning was not good. The floor was quite dusty and bathroom sink could be way better. We had one stained (seemed to be pen ink) towel. The rest of it was fine and the toilet and bathtub were ok.

The room was spacious and beds seemed clean
The restroom had used toilet paper in the metal tissue box and there was a used soap bar left behind. Also the night shift front desk lady was a little rude.
