Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection

Everything was right there and anything we needed the hotel had of they got it. I smashed my finger in the patio door end up needed stitches and my finger is broke.. Alaia staff drove us to the private hospital and waited on us. The staff made sure I was taken care of in every way!

That I had to leave!

We had an excellent at Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. We originally booked a garden view suite, and during our stay there was an issue that came up, but the way the hotel handled the situation truly impressed us. The general manager, Rashid, was extremely professional, understanding, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of and upgraded my family and me to an ocean view suite to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were excellent friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was also very good. Shakira at breakfast was excellent! She made our pancakes delicious!!Overall, the customer service and hospitality stood out the most and made our experience memorable. Thank you to Rashid and the entire team for turning the situation around and making our stay enjoyable.

Alaia is a nice hotel. Beautiful pool and very modern. Great AC, working wifi.

Was a little disappointed that we had selected a reef suite (or something) that was a part of the hotel, but not really the hotel. The view is different, the pool is different. It might as well have been an entirely different hotel. If we would've known this would not have paid for this. We did ask to get switched, but appears they don't have many 2 beds outside of the Reef. Unsure why all these hotels have 1 bedrooms and not enough space for two travelers who want their own bed. Also they ran out of specific food everyday. That was annoying.
