Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay for my 40th birthday at the Phoenix. The service and help from the staff can’t be beat. Fun beach bars and in town restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling excursions to Hol Chan and Mexico Rocks. I didn’t want to leave !!

Everything was perfect and clean . Surprised my
Mom at the resort and they didn’t disappoint . Property to the pool to the view of the suite on the 3rd floor of the ocean and the restaurant on the property is amazing! Hospitality top tier . Fersure will be back sooner than later, didn’t want to leave aha
