Located on the Bear Mountain Golf Course, it's an easy walk to the Driving Range, Bear Mountain Resort, and the New Moonridge Zoo. Swell Hiking in every direction, w/ both the Lake and the Village just minutes away by car. Can you say 'Dank Donuts' daily? This end unit is bright, airy, and extremely private. The home has been newly painted with new flooring and furnishings throughout. Internet, multiple USB ports and work station are available. Bedrooms on separate floors afford maximum comfort and the complex has a tennis court. The entry level boasts a master bedroom, complete with plush queen bed, full bath, 32 inch Roku flat screen television, ceiling fan and JBL blueTooth speaker for your listening enjoyment. A full size washer/dryer and spacious foyer are also on this level. Upstairs is the house's principal living area, complete with vaulted ceilings, main dining and kitchen areas, full bath and private patio with propane BBQ. Living room options include gas /wood burning fireplace, 65 Inch Roku flat screen television w/ cable and DVD Player. Multiple recliners, sofa with upgraded pull out queen mattress, as well as games, books, and DVD's are also provided. Comfy dining has ceiling fans and seats (6), with extra seating at the counter. A full size kitchen is stocked with everything needed to enjoy, including gas range/oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and Cuisinart "Coffee on Demand" programmable coffee maker. An upstairs bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32 inch Roku flat screen television, ceiling fan and JBL bluetooth speaker for streaming. Central heat. Towels and linens provided. One car garage. We recommend no utility or oversize vehicles as parking spaces are compact spaces. Note: Gas fireplace coming May 26. NO WOOD BURNING WILL BE ALLOWED after this date. 2023-2010 City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy" Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.

Stayed for 4th of July weekend. Great location, close to town & loved the tennis courts. The property was spacious and had everything we needed! Hosts were very helpful - our wifi was down the first day and they had someone come fix it and provided us with a hotspot immediately. Would stay again!

A clean, cozy and comfy spot walking distance to bear. Checkin process was a bit odd, having to go to the office just to be text an access code, but it was quick and nearby. Would stay here again!

The house was lovely and clean in a quiet neighborhood outside of town. Pet friendly as well. Wonderful fireplace, comfy beds, tvs and the living room was a perfect hangout.

Location was great property was as advertised and we enjoyed our hassle free stay. Only thing I would caution is that the driveway was not large enough to park our Toyota Highlander and the garage was too short for it to fit within with our Thule roof box on. So we had to park in a spot around the corner. Minor inconvenience to us and we have already discussed returning to this property, but be aware of this is a show stopper for you.

We enjoyed our stay, but definitely learned that we need to ask certain questions in the future when we rent VRBO's. The location IS close to a mountain where you can ski, but it is not close to Snow Summit where we had planned to ski and purchased lift tickets in advance. We know now that there are two mountains which wasn't clear to us before. Our intention was to be able to walk to the ski resort. Oh well, you live and learn. The master bed mattress is a foam mattress so it runs really hot. Might not be the best for some people. The mattress in the guest room is an old school coil mattress and my kids were so uncomfortable in it that they had to sleep on the large beanbag in the living room and on the couch. There really is only one spot to park and it's in the garage which is incredibly hard to get your car in and out of if you have an SUV. Not impossible, but it's incredibly tight! I would say that this property is best for maybe just one couple, no kids. Oh, we also had a really tough time getting the tv in the main living room to work. The kids ended up just watching tv in the guest room downstairs. Those are just some areas that might need improvement. Otherwise, very clean and the pics depict it well.

We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Nice area near by to walk our dog. An easy walk to Bear Mtn. The rental management was great. Very informative. The unit itself could have been cleaner all around and the kitchen could use a little TLC and updating of some of the utensils. I found a large live spider in my bed the first night so that sort of blew it for me.

Great family ski vacation!

Great family ski vacation!

This was the perfect place for our family ski vacation with my wife and two adult daughters. The location is perfect, and the condo was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We really like the gas fireplace and enjoyed working on the puzzles. Having garage parking was a huge bonus! We have been going to big bear once or twice a year for many years, and this was our favorite place yet. Looking forward to coming back! Thank you!

Staff was very helpful - text alerts were convenient and timely. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable. House is well equipped. Location was perfect and there were so many amenities to choose from. Neighbors were kind and parking was easy. We felt very relaxed and will be making this a bi-annual tradition in this home. Thank you so much for the stay.
