(Cozy Corner Suite #4) Located in the heart of Friday Harbor, this newly renovated unit is the perfect space for the adult day-tripper to go and explore all that San Juan Island has to offer and then come back and relax at night in this cozy studio. Relax and watch a movie on the 32in SMART TV (guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services account) or cozy up in the Queen-sized bed with a good book. The bedside lamps even have a USB port to charge your device while you sleep. The unit is situated with a kitchenette, complete with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker to start your morning off right. The private 3/4 bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. This unit for 2 people is the perfect spot for those who want to explore during the day and relax at night. The internet / Wi-fi at this unit should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results- Download Speed: 17.15 Mbps -- Upload Speed: 28.48 Mbps -- Ping: 33.6 Ms (Average of three tests that were conducted January 2024 using SpeedCheck Pro). Off-street parking is available; however, the private parking space availability is a first come, first served basis. Street parking is available, street parking rules apply. This unit is Adults ONLY and NO Pets To respect the neighbors in the other units, quiet time is 9pm-9am. This unit does not have laundry facilities. This unit does have A/C Non-smoking property No Pets

Great location; near everything and relatively new and clean! Perfect for two people. I loved that there was a mini kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, glasses, cups and dishes. The shower space is a little tight but it worked for me. A full length mirror outside the bathroom door would have been awesome so that one could put on makeup while the other person is in the bathroom. We stayed during the off season; the other suites were empty so I could not comment on the noise level.

Everything about this small house was just right. The location was very close to downtown, but removed enough to be quiet. The price is affordable and the square footage is generous. We will definitely return.

Went up to San Juan Island and was lucky enough to rent this small but awesome space..was planning on leaving on Monday morning but just couldn't do it. Sent a note over on Sunday (mothers day) to see if I could extend not sure if anyone would check it. They did and it was available so got to stay one more glorious day.. Thanks again SJP management!!

Beware of fees - they add up quickly. The rental was listed as $129 per night- seemed reasonable. Once you add in the $100 cleaning fee, the additional *Covid* cleaning fee, the “affordable island housing” fee & the unavoidable taxes it ended up being $250 per night. It felt a bit bait & switchy. Great location & as this was a VERY special commemoration I just sucked up and paid. It was prime season as well. Just be mindful & add up those fees before plunking down your deposit.

We loved our Cozy Corner in Friday Harbor! Just a quick minute walk into town, it is nestled in the perfect location. AC is a great option for cooling the place down. Love having a little kitchenette. Bathroom is nice. I would definitely stay again! I researched my booty off and this was definitely the best find on the island. My only request is that they throw a king bed in there instead- there’s room! Loved our stay, thanks!!

Would not return to the Islands
The property was in a good location. The room was very small. The air condition unit protrudes out from the building onto the steps to the front door. While traversing the stairs my wife hit her head on the corner of it causing her to have to go to emergency for attention This did not make for a pleasurable trip to celebrate her70 th birthday. ☹️

The suite appears to be part of a house subdivided into 4 units. Location is about 2 blocks from the ferry. My suite, #4, was tiny but well laid-out and convenient for 2 people. There was a microwave, minifridge, toaster, and coffee-maker. No stovetop. There is a powerful window A/C unit. The room and bathroom were clean. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided. There is free wi-fi and a TV with Roku. It took a minute to figure out how to turn on Roku. The only reason for 4 stars is the price, but then, everything is expensive in Friday Harbor on a summer weekend. I would stay here again.

We decided to visit Friday Harbor at the last minute and had great difficulty finding a room. We needed four nights; Sunday thru Wednesday. The only solution we could find was two nights in Cozy Corner Suite #4 and two nights in Cannery Inn-Chelan, about as different as any two rooms could be. Cozy Corner 4 is situated between two Shell stations with constant flow of traffic and noise. Chelan is situated on a bluff overlooking the harbor and totally serene. Cozy was very clean and adequate, except the mattress was too soft for our liking. The lawn was deplorable with tall weeds everywhere. There are two short stools but otherwise there's no place to sit, except for two chairs outdoors under a carport. In short, it served our need, but we'd never stay there again.

Location was good, cleanliness was good but accommodations bad. The air conditioning was so loud right next to the bed, that it was difficult to sleep. There was not even a place to sit down and eat any dinner, not a chair or a couch or a table in the whole place. This was a very expensive rental, even more than what we paid for in Hawaii, and I hate leaving a bad review. If you aren’t expecting much, you’ll probably be OK, but it is nice to have a place to come to for the evening. This was a shed in the back of a house that they made into an Airbnb. Can’t complain about the location, but the accommodation was the worst one we’ve ever been in.

Within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Friday Harbor this property was remodeled with completely modern furnishings and just the few kitchen items that you needed for a weekend mostly eating out. It was awesome to have the three rooms connected.
