About this house rental
To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**
Just west of the loop at Hwy 79 you will find the lovely Seagull Villas located on 200 feet of the most beautiful beaches. The first level features a beachfront living and dining area, both casual and comfortable, the kitchen and a half bath. Through the sliding glass doors there is a covered porch for gazing at the beautiful view or for access to the sparkling sandy beach. Upstairs, there are two nicely decorated bedrooms, each with their own bath and the master has a covered balcony that also overlooks the beach. The second bedroom includes both a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Features include cable TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, and a stack washer and dryer.

For March - October, there will be two beach chair setups - two chairs and an umbrella per setup - provided

Excellent beach front location--just walk out the back door and you are steps away from the beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas (set up for you each morning) were a definite bonus. Also handy to have Alvin's Island store within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have TV channel options without having to stream. Would definitely stay here again!
