Gloria was a delight to work with. Her condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The only two cons were my 3 year old was able to open the door. Maybe she's just strong but it could possibly use a lock because the current lock is the bolt that opens when you turn the handle and open the door. So for toddlers maybe a top lock.The unit is on the first floor but you still need to take the elevator down to lobby to get to your car or the ground floor to get to the pool/beach. Wasn't a big deal for us though because we took the stairs but it's good to know that elevators still may need to be taken. Again, not a deal breaker for us. We still enjoyed our time and she was a delight to work with. Fast communicator and fixed all of our issues we initially had.

This place was everything we needed and more. We would stay again. The pools and splash pad were great for the kids. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, pool side food and Alvin's across the street.

The condo was so large, yet inviting, beautifully decorated. Mattresses were comfy, and that's from people with picky bad backs! We loved the huge corner balcony the best!!! The perfect relaxing spot to get carried away watching the waves or the sunset ...1st floor gave an easy access via stairs, if the elevators took too long! Gloria was super easy to contact and very kind. We will be returning for sure!

Buyer beware that this listing showing for a 3 bedroom but the “bunk room” is the laundry closet off the front door in the kitchen. There is no outlet, no fan, no window, and no light switch housed within the room. The listing was misrepresented as a 3 bedroom and caused for very difficult sleeping arrangements for our stay. Upon sharing this information with the property owner after the first day she was neither apologetic or helpful. In fact, she never replied to my last message.
Had we wanted a 2 bedroom unit it would have been fine as the unit has a nice location within the property and was decently clean for being at a beach property.
Giving 3 stars due to the fact that the unit is NOT 3 bedrooms and the owner was very disappointing in the way she handled the manner.
