A beautiful property with everything you need. There was water, wine, milk and fruit in the fridge for us which is a lovely gesture.
The host José, met us at the property and gave us some tips and ideas for things to do.
Air con worked really well which was great as it was very high temperatures on our visit.
We liked everything.

(Duplex) A quite stylish, recent place with two real bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a great kitchen / dining room open to the rooftop terrace. Air conditioning is available although we did not use it during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and would have been suitable for cooking full meals.
The location is within 10-15 minutes of leisurely walking to the city centre and we really liked the neighbourhood. By night it was perfectly quiet. Parking our car close by was no problem and we never used it in the 5 days we staid in Elche.
The host was very friendly, communicated excellently and we found some nice surprises in the fridge on arrival.
Not a criticism, since this is clearly indicated and did not hinder us to enjoy our stay but due to the narrow staircases leading up to the apartment and within to access the rooftop area you should not have serious mobility issues.
