The Surfing Turtle

My family and I absolutely love this place. We will definitely be back. To start, the concierge / person that helped us get the place (Damaris) is an exceptional woman and an angel sent from heaven. If I could meet her in person, I'd give her a big hug. She has helped us with everything we need. About the Surfing Turtle. This place is beautiful, cozy, great for family or just to relax, by yourself. It has everything you need, all the way up to Q-tips. Take note, there is no washer and dryer but there is a luindry facility, literally two minutes away. The Surfing Turtle is right in the middle of everything we scheduled to do. It's in walking distance from the beach, 16 minutes from Fajardo, where we did the Catamaran, snorkeling tour. 10 minutes from the kiosk of Luquillo, which has more beautiful beach access and a ton of kiosks and restaurants to choose from and souvenir shops. If you love the rainforest, like me, you're 7 minutes from the entrance road to El Yunque. When I say you're in the middle of all the great things Puerto Rico has to offer, I mean it. I know anyone that stays here will enjoy as my family and I have. We are Greatfull!

That I wasn't able to meet Miss Damaris, in person, to give her a hug of gratitude and thank her personally. But God has blessed us and I know he has passed it on in spirit!

The neighborhood seemed sketchy but inside our room it was perfect. Clean and comfortable bed and linens. Nice bathroom with good shower.

ALL the bed pillows were huge and puffy. A small person cannot get comfortable with a huge overstuffed pillow!

Had everything you need for a nice stay

Everything was perfect just a bit noisy but that is expected being on a main road

Very close to Luquillo beach and good restaurants close by.

It is very very loud at night. They provide ear plus abs know how bad it was. We called because the nose was keeping us awake and clearly got violent. The owner said it was normal there and nothing he could do about it. It hairband. He claimed he calls the police but they don't care or come. Ruined part of our trip because we were so exhausted from not sleeping.
