The studio at Heliopolis was located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and it was sufficent for my needs. The balcony had a view to the sea, which was very nice. The studio was also super clean.
The staff at Riad was very friendly and helpful.
The nightlife was also close to the studio and there was some noise on the street in the wee hours, which disturbed sleeping.

The location of the apartment - it was just in the centre of the village
The room was not so clean. The dishes in the kitchen were quite dirty. They call themselves a "hotel", but they clean the room only after you leave and not every day, so it's not really a hotel but an apartment.
.Breakfast was poor. They demanded 15 euros for an omelet, which I obviously refused to pay
