It was very easy to reach by tram, although it was quiet. I had a beautiful view over Paris and the Eiffel tower on one side, and over a park / forest with a little lake on the other. Everything was clean and the mattress comfortable.
The breakfast area wasn‘t properly run and organised. We were several guests for breakfast waiting for bread to be brought, there were no boiled eggs available and the tables hadn‘t been set new after the first guests. Only young staff (nice and Police but overwhelmed) was on site, no manager/ responsible person. How can that be?!? The managers ought to be on site first thing and can‘t just leave unexperienced staff run the place. It was after 8:30 !!!!

I liked that it was close to nice bars and dining places.. connection with the city center was okay too.
The rooms 307 and 308 were filled with cigar smoke...the room service never cleaned the rooms nor changed the towels and we stayed there for a week.
The 250€ deposit they requested is clearly overpriced and not necessary and came to us as a surprise, because nowhere in the Booking.com website this isn't mentioned.
