Despite the language barrier (Google Translate was our friend), the staff was wonderful. Very helpful/super nice and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, your typical European/Italian meal - juice, pastries, coffee, yogurt, and cold cuts.
Bathrooms were large, but shower downstairs in the larger room for 3+ people was small. Upstairs bathroom shower needs some abrasive non-slip strips put on - my 80-year old mom slipped in the shower.

We needed a place to stay overnight on our trip from south of Italy back to Ireland and we got more than we asked for! We were very late due to a heavy traffic and congestion but Oliver was very kind and waited for us until well after midnight. We got the downstairs room as we also had a dog with us which was convenient. There is a big enclosed garden with a nice seating at the terrace. The room was enough for the five of us for one night, comfortable beds and ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was pleasant and sufficient, did not expect a luxurious buffet. As a bonus, we had a nice chat with Ericka, the owner, it made us feel welcome and relaxed.
It is a little bit confusing that the accomodation is practically part of the owners´ home so it can be a bit awkward moving around and for some it might lack the privacy but it was ok for us for just one night.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr herzlich und haben alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Das Zimmer kann mit bis zu 5 Personen bequem bewohnt werden und ist wirklich ausreichend groĂź.

It would be nice to install mosquitoes nets at the windows. We had some spiders and mosquitoes is the room.
For us was not a big issue.
