Es war ein Appartement. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Das Appartement (mit leicht zu bedienendem TV) war gepflegt und sehr sauber, was auch für den Sanitärbereich galt. Man muss dabei berücksichtigen, dass das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist je nach Schritttempo in ca. fünf bis zehn Gehminuten am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof und in ca. drei bis fünf Minuten an der Haltestelle Bahnhof West mit einem umfangreichen ÖPNV.

Czysto, cicho, wygodnie, cena niewygórowana. Podstwawowe udogodnienia w pokoju, kuchni i łazience zapewnione. Dla osoby która korzysta z pokoju tylko w ciągu nocy i na tyle żeby zrobić sobie śniadanie i kolacje - bardzo w porządku.
Brak jakiegoolwiek kontaktu z właścicielami obiektu w sytuacji kryzysowej. Rozumiem że awaria wodociągu i brak wody w budynku to nie wina właściciela obiektu ale już brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi na smsy w sprawie problemu jest niedopuszczalne.
