I loooved the terrace and being able to sea the ocean from my bed. Good size room, everything is nearby. Great communication with the host. I’d love to stay here again.
It’s a little up the hill but was ok for me.

Cute rustic beachy accommodation. The aircon is a godsend when it’s really hot. And really good location - close to town and the beach. You don’t meet the hosts but their communication was always really quick and easy, and they were always helpful

Wifi was working good and the terrace is nice. Reasonable price. Rooms on the corner sides of the 2 floors are bigger and nicer, still quite basic. I got a small one wich for one person was still ok. Central position near the beach, bars and restaurants
I guess you get what you pay for...no hot water during my whole stay and not water at all during some time of the day. The property could have a much better rate with just a few adjustments, the issue of the water I think it is important being on a sea side place. The price for Puerto Escondido is reasonable, but obviously you need to be aware of some of the issues. Something to consider is also that the house is on the top of a hilly road, not a problem for me as I like walking, but with the heat at some times of the day can be challenging.
