Great place, amazing food, service, location, amenities, and activities.
Amazing place for relaxation, good music, and great sun beds at the beach. In addition, they offer great morning yoga sessions and great lunch offers.
Room: Nice design, comfortable space (great bed and multiple pillow options), and with a great view.
They offer plastic-free organic personal products, along with a beach bag you can borrow for your convenience. They also have an afternoon room service that prepares the bed and everything for the evening.
Service: Super nice, friendly, and detail-oriented.
Food: Everything was Amazing! Breakfast has a variety of great options. At the beach, the lunch includes a great selection of tacos and main dishes.
They also have some days' lunch promotions, such as all-you-can-eat tacos, and activities, such as learning to make your own drinks.
And the dine-in-bedroom also offers great, delicious options.
Extras: They offer sunscreen, aftersun, and repellent caddy at the beach.
The pool could be upgraded; some edges are sharp, and it could have some hydrojets that refresh with colder water. On a very warm day, it was not the place to be refreshed

Casa Joseph is a beautiful hotel. One of the things I loved most was the service from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a refreshing coconut. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
The location is also a big plus, as it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience
One downside was that our room was located next to a construction site, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.
While the rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views of the beach, the overall experience was a bit concerning. The kitchen is located down by the beach, so the waitstaff has to walk down steep stairs, through a garden, and across the sand to deliver food. This setup didn’t seem very practical for the staff

Hotel is lovely. Reception staff were fantastic & very helpful. Restaurant staff were mainly nice.
Pool was a bit disappointing- small & warm! Restaurant staff could do with better training (red wine in an ice bucket?) Restaurant menu was a bit dull, so we barely ate there.

The resort itself and the staff were pleasant.
Whilst beachfront , the beach is closed due to the waves which are “dumpers “ and it is unswimmable. You need to walk ~20 mins down to a beach near the port to be able to swim .
Food is expensive and require taxis into towns for restaurants etc.
