Great location, clean and comfortable
An oven would have been wonderful but the cooking facilities were more than adequate

Clean and tidy, easy to access. Staff helpful. Close to everything in the village. Bonus that there was a village festival on the weekend we stayed.
Parasol bases were heavy to move and some parts broken. Not enough for every apartment.

The apartment was great. Spacious, great shower, great balcony. Close to the supermercado. Very quiet area. Lovely pool area. Washing machines were handy. I loved my time in Charco and hope to return soon. There's nothing in Charco del Palo but that's what make's it so relaxing.๐ค
The wifi is a disaster....more like nofi. Tv was not much better. The fridge is too small, if 4 people stay. They started clearing the site next to the apartments, so there could be construction starting sometime soon...๐The 3 restaurant/bar's were closed at the same time in july. Holiday's...๐. The supermercado close's at 3pm. La plazita bar is very unpredictable, time wise...๐.

a big and clean place to stay
I didnโt see any stuff people in case if you need something or information
for example
I didnโt know that there are some โ specific โ chairs for specific customers
I was thinking that โ if the chair is available โ
First come first service
but it wasnโt the case
some โ rulesโ like that should be clear with more information before checking in
management was more concerned to inform
โ
Clothing was not allowed in the solarium and swimming pool areaโ
they sent 3 times messages regarding this information
I had to say that I was aware about that information more than twice
by text messages
there is meals facilities at all
and the only supermarket available in the town has reduced hours ( some days of the week it doesnโt open at all )
I know that itโs not โ property โ problem
but
I didnโt find any staff to provide โsome โ or at least few information about the location or other โ rules โ of the property
thanks

"Good value for money, very calm and beautiful place, very comfy beds, good equipped kitchen and separate rooms. Very nice possibility to wash and dry clothes!"
