We loved the cleanliness of the place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and included.
The room was very hot. They did locate a small fan for us which helped tremendously. It would be great to have every room with a fan. I don't know what we would have done if they couldn't have found one for us.

Nice scenic views from the room, nicely furnished room and hallways. Got good pubs serving downstairs and staff are friendly. The bathroom is exceptionally clean.

Great stay for us visiting relatives
25 mins from Glasgow and on out way to Glencoe and good stop before Loch Lomond
Superb brekki and comfortable bed
If u get a window room its small
Good job had earplugs as a wedding below and noisy
No lift and many stairs to bedroom level

Aesthetically, lovely, comfortable couches, and lovely dining area. Breakfast was exceptional.
Room was very small, especially for the price. Bed was not terribly comfortable, there was no bed topper, and the linens were scratchy.
