We liked its immediate proximity to Queen St train station, as well as its overall location bang in the middle of Glasgow city centre. Can't have any complaints about the staff, very polite, chatty & professional throughout the stay, the breakfast was on a par with most other buffet style breakfasts offered from other hotels.
The hotels facilities are largely in perfect working order, but just a little dated. It's a shame it no longer has an on site restaurant, other than that, to pick out any other negative point would be harsh

The hotel location superbe next to Queen Street Railway Station.
There were no Newspapers, available in the Morning. In past years hotels provided a daily newspaper for guests.

Lovely clean room and wonderful staff. Great location by Queen Street Rail Station.
I've stayed here a number of times over the years and loved it. But now the restaurant is closed except for the breakfast buffet . . . no lunch or dinner available . . . no room service available . . . no afternoon tea served. After traveling 22 hours and looking forward to afternoon tea or dinner in my room, I had to go out in the rain to find something to eat. Be aware of how their amenities have changed!

Hotel next to rail station.
Could have been more choice for breakfast"
