Nice style and appointment. Old decor and feel retained.
Our room was a noisy back alley with late revelry, though did settle during the night.

Beautiful atmospheric building and lovely team.

Clean, tidy room was small but had all I needed for one night.
If you are a vegan on a wellness retreat then the breakfast is for you! Very poor choice and not worth the money charged, as there wasn’t anything I could eat or would expect in a Glasgow city centre hotel.

Location.
The room. Room felt basic and lacked any atmosphere. Coffee making facilities were extremely loud and could be heard in the next room. Our room 310 had an odour in it that was hard to describe. We paid on check in and were contacted after we left to say we hadn’t paid. We then had to provide a screen shot of the payment to prove we had paid before they would accept that we had paid
