Smelly Room

Friendly staff, c/park, convenient location and meals available

Room smelt of dog. I have stayed at the Rad on multiple occasions and travel to Glasgow for work fortnightly. Although the room has been ok in the past, a smelly room is unpleasant and unacceptable and has put me off staying there again.

Location is ideal near to SEC. Interior is beautiful.

There is not any gym, spa, swimming g pool etc.

My stay was for valentines with my wife and honestly the stay has only brought my wife and I together even more

I loved the look and feel of the property it felt very accommodating. I especially loved how friendly the staff were especially Stevie the guy who helped us with breakfast and figuring out what to do. Honestly couldn’t recommend this Radisson red enough

Good value for an amazing night's stay.

Room was decent size with a nice big window overlooking the river. Facilities were good the bonus being a small fridge which a lot of hotel rooms never seem to have. Was close to the OVO for a gig we were going to. Staff were very pleasant & accommodating. Overall very pleased with the hotel & would definitely come back.

Exceptional stay with amazing views.

The location & view from the hotel room were excellent. It was close to the Hydro venue which was really good. Very easy to travel to. I thought the decor in the room was very stylish & looked great. Very comfortable bed in the room. The shower was very good plenty of space in it & a very spacious room overall.The bathroom was nice. The Iron board & coffee & tea, kettle was in the room to use which were very useful. The main receptionist offered to phone me a taxi to the train stain on leaving which was really good. The Sky Lounge had amazing views. Very nice bar area. The staff members in the restaurant during the breakfast shift were very pleasant & helpful. Easy check in & quick check out. My room was ready earlier than the check-in time. So i was able to go to my room straight away with no hanging around which i was happy about. I'm very satisfied with this hotel & i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to my family & friend's.

My only criticism was the bacon in my cooked breakfast was too tough to eat. Although the cooked breakfast did arrive quickly & was very hot.

Wonderful stay - thank you to all at the Radisson Red

Helpful staff. We chose the Radisson Red based on previous recommendations and also the theme of the hotel fitted perfectly with the theme of my daughter’s wedding. We viewed the hotel three weeks before and the staff, especially Amy, went out their way to arrange our rooms to be on the same floor. Sometimes the little things people do make your day! Thank you.

Could have been better especially for £190 per night.

Good location, lovely interior and great roof bar

Already tired. Chipped furniture (room 419) bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Shower attachment cover had come away from the tiling and frankly was unsafe.

Myself and my wife had a good experience at the Radisson this time round.

I have since returned to Glasgow and stayed at the Radisson Red. and found issues i raised in previous review no longer prevelent all issues have been addressed and my stay was without a hitch and pleasant.

I have no negative reviews on my recent stay.

Basic same room but different level this time. Same view not river view! No kitchen or vedimachine through out the night for juice or water so had to order some in to the hotel

A few small issues which need to be fixed but all in all a good hotel.

Location excellent for our show. Friendly staff.

I requested two twin rooms and got doubles. Our friends room lights kept going out surely that’s not right to be left in the dark. Also their keys stopped working twice.

A brilliant family/pet friendly overnight.

All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We took our dog and she was made to feel so welcome by everyone. A really lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with very comfy bed. The Sky Bar was gorgeous, a lovely place to have a drink and staff at breakfast were brilliant, so so friendly. Brought our dog chopped up sausages!

There was nothing I didn’t like as such, but breakfast could have been hotter.

You will not be disappointed and very close to the OVO Hydro 5 mins walk or less

Lovely warm welcome, love the decor too, we enjoyed sitting on the sky bar looking out at the river, comfy beds and very spacious too

Only thing was limited parking but we went on a night there was a concert so understandable

The Hotel is great, location is bad, room service is not available.

Rooms size and cleanliness

When i had ordered water they asked me to by from the bar. the next day they had cleaned the room without adding water and when we had asked they said ok but no one had showed up we have been forced to buy from the bar a small bottle costs 3.2 pounds. In addition, we had ordered a food and their is a room delivery charges which is strange but we had accepted it however, the staff refused to deliver the food. it is unusual to not provide the guests (water, slippers, and room service).

Left my charger at the hotel room and phoned up just after I left the hotel as I was on my way back home however I have told that they couldn’t find anything :)
