The location was excellent, the breakfast was great and the staff were absolutely lovely.
Two of the three lifts were out due to refurbishment which sometimes made getting around very frustrating when you have to let five full lifts pass you by. However this is a temporary inconvenience

Always enjoyed staying it’s my go to when in Glasgow
The swimming and gym were off, no communication to say they were off and the only reason I booked
