We upgraded to Signature Suite which offered superior space, amenity and comfort.
To charge extra for a flat white or indeed any coffee other than plunger at breakfast, while claiming any other coffee is a “specialty” coffee is laughable and seriously misguided. It is 2026 for heavens sake! Get real! It is also a monumental rip-off given the so-called premium brand the hotel claims itself to be.
Evening servicing of room and the restock of bar and amenities (meant to be included in the upgrade) only occurred once in 3 nights. Service staff sick one night and went home without finishing job on second night. We had to take empty water bottles or other requests for refreshments to reception on those occasions.

Great location for the venue I was attending in the Saturday .
Spacious rooms .
Fantastic shower pressure
Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
Ambient lighting made room quite dark
No fridge in room.
Breakfast was served promptly.food was hot.Adequate portions.
Vegetarian breakfast Did not like the very large mushroom and tomato .They made the dish quite soggy. Sliced mushrooms and roasted tomatoes would be nicer addition .
