Ash at reception went out of her way to be helpful when I explained I was having to cancel a holiday to get back to my son due to an unexpected bereavement. She even sent me cakes and a drink with a personalised card to my room to try and make my day a little better.

The location
My one bedroom suite had two small chairs with no armrests for the”living area”. The shower was awkward with lukewarm water.
