Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the lake, which was very peaceful. It was on the Windward side and it’s breezy and cool. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional for a weeklong stay. This is much nicer than going to a hotel room in waikiki with all of the hustle and bustle. It is also much more affordable. The only downside we found was the children living upstairs run around alot and created quite a racket for us in the downstairs unit. I know kids will be kids and we did not complain, but that was the only downside that we experienced. Our main goal in coming to Oahu and in particular the Windward side is because , we were looking for houses on the windward side and will be relocating here in the next couple months. So, although we won’t stay here again, I would recommend this place to friends or family that may come to visit.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The suite is clean and has everything you need. Very close to everything in Kailua. Jessica is very responsive for anything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Great choice over staying at a hotel. Great location, easy parking, short drive to grocery and beach, and overall very reasonable drive to major tourist areas. Driving through the neighborhood each day made you feel like you were part of the community. Could not have been more relaxing to be able to drive home, park in front of your house, and cook a meal for yourself if you wanted to stay low-key. Will definitely stay again.

The property is a great place for a couple that knows their way around Oahu. A short drive to Lanikai and Kailua beaches (~5mins) and walking distance to Kailua town (~20 mins). Also, close to a couple of good hikes (Pillbox and Maunawili Falls) The unit is well provisioned to cook meals there. Beach towels are provided if you need them and the washer/dryer is great after coming back from a muddy hike. Only downsides: There is no outdoor space for guests of the unit as the backyard is reserved for the main house. Some towel hooks as you walk into the door would have been useful as well.

The property met our needs. A great location and just enough room for my wife and I to spread out and relax. And to top it off the property manager was amazing responsive and understanding. She helped make our stay wonderful.
