About this house rental
Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $921 per night is a great choice for your next break. Bring your family to Sea Scape beach home and have the vacation of a lifetime! With a quick 2-minute walk you can be at the nearest beach access (which is also handicapped accessible) or enjoy the day in our resort-like private pool! Our home offers an open and spacious floor plan where you’ll find most of the sleeping quarters on the first floor, living quarters on the second floor, and two master suits on the third floor! We are also equipped with an elevator (replaced in 2021) that goes to the second floor. The living room has a 70” smart TV and directly off the living room is a private play area for children. This room has its own TV, Xbox One game console, couch, and game table! On the first floor you will find five of the bedrooms including, two queen beds, five full beds, and two twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bath, with the other two connecting by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All of the bathrooms have been fully renovated (pictures to come) with beautifully tiled showers, shower heads with detachable sprayers, and built in Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you get ready! Each bedroom includes a 55" smart TV and three of the bedrooms have a private balcony with seating looking over Jinks Creek. Our newly remodeled kitchen (pictures coming soon!) can comfortably seat 14 people at the dining table and an additional 6 people at the bar! Right off the kitchen you will find the laundry room as well as a private covered porch where you can also enjoy stunning sunrise or sunset views of Jinks Creek! Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you may need to cook for your large families, such as pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven, multiple coffee makers (one Keurig and one traditional), Ninja mixer, baking pans etc. On the third floor you will find the two master suites. Both suites have king size beds, large private bathrooms, as well as private balconies with seating. At our home you will find a large 14x32 private pool with seating for the whole family to relax! Right off the pool you will find the pool bar equipped with a 5-burner gas grill, mini fridge, ice machine, sink, as well as a 70" smart TV! This allows you to spend the day around the pool and cook for your family without ever having to leave the house! You will also find a volleyball net and basketball goal for some fun and games at the pool! We provide many other pool toys you can find in the outdoor storage area near the pool as well. For an additional fee, we can heat the pool for you in the spring and fall! **The pool is heated for a fee of $100 per night with a 2 night minimum for your stay** As you come up from the beach, you will find two large enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water, to make it easy for everyone to wash off and jump right in the pool! Additional perks of staying at Sea Scape: a full linen package is included for each stay! Our home has an upgraded Wi-Fi system that can handle all the gadgets that will be connected to it without slowing the system down. All the mattresses in our home have recently been replaced and based on the feedback we've gotten we can say they are very comfy! The HVAC system was also recently replaced so heating or cooling our large home is never an issue! Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible! From the breathtaking views from each balcony, easy beach access, large outdoor pool, we have everything you need for your family to make memories that will last you a lifetime! The house was amazing. Unfortunately we had a tropical storm but we still had a great time. The only downside was the construction right next door but that absolutely was at no fault of the owner. We were all very happy with our time in your beautiful home.

We reunite every September with 12 friends. We’d definitely stay here again. The pool/outdoor bar area was great! Plenty of space for all of us to hang out and room at the bar for our marguerita machine. Kitchen and living/dining area and porches were spacious with great views. We only wish we had another regular sized frig. Beds were comfortable! We did have some ants in kitchen but the host quickly brought us some spray and baits. Cleaners could have vacuumed better under beds and couches.

This was a wonderful house for our family of 12 adults and 8 children. The location is just a block from the public beach access, but also has an amazing view of the sound and its beautiful sunsets. The pool has great furniture and a tiki bar as well as pool toys, which makes it lots of fun for both adults and kids. Plenty of beds and baths for all of us. We will be returning next summer!

We spent five days at this house over Memorial Day Weekend, and had a blast. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable, with enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a big crowd, but it never felt crowded. Kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, and mattresses have all been updated. And since it opens to 2nd Street, you don’t hear any traffic noise, yet you are still only a two minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor grill / bar area are a great place to grill burgers and hang out. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for somewhere to stay at OIB.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape, a lovely home on OIB. The elevator came in handy since one in our group had a broken foot. The home had a great living area but the smaller game room was also the perfect room for quieter moments. Since the weather was horrible we spent all of our time indoors and ate every meal indoors as well. We had a couple of incidents with appliances when we first arrived but Chelsea was great and had our issues addressed that same day. The only thing our "chefs "in the group would suggest are more large pots and large bowls when feeding a lot of people. The large dining room table was great! We had games going at both ends of the table while the guys watched the ACC baseball tournament. This is a lovely home and would definitely stay here again!

Cannot express how amazing the property is. We have rented several houses and this by far this is the cleanest! The house is exactly as the pictures show. Chelsea was such a joy to work with and great host. The check in was easy and we enjoyed the start up basket and wine. The house had everything we needed and more. Our family had a great time and cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time at SeaScape! The location was fantastic as it was a block from the beach and just a short drive from food! The pool and outdoor space was perfect for our crew and the house itself had plenty of room for everyone. Chelsea was a great hostess!

This location was perfect for a weekend retreat getaway for 9 women. It is a new property and a great location on West 2nd Street with easy access to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive and only a text away for any questions. The only negatives were that I would expect towels and sheets to be provided and blowdryers in the bathrooms. But we brought our own and still had a fabulous time for our retreat!

This home afforded us with one of the best family vacations yet! So close to the beach, awesome outdoor recreation and plenty of games and entertainment inside to occupy time during a rainy day here or there. Our entire family ranging in age from 8 to 75 years old absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this property if you are staying at Ocean Isle. The owner was amazing to work with as well. We will definitely return!

Had a great time at this property. Just as described. 14 adults enjoyed the weekend and we had enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all. Plus, a bonus, we all fit around the kitchen table. Let me say, for our first experience with Vrbo, I do not know how we could ever top this. We rented the home for our wedding with both our families, and have to say we could not be happier. The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Everyone loved the place. Michael and Chelsey were wonderful, and made our extended weekend a very happy occasion. I highly recommend this rental. 4 stars!
