About this house rental
If you enjoy being outside, this is the place! This home has several patios with two outdoor fireplaces, to be used during winter months only, both have outstanding views. The backyard is very private and has a gorgeous pool and spa. The retreat can accommodate up to eight adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub. The second suite has a King mattress and a bathroom En-suite with a beautiful tile shower. The other two bedrooms have plenty of space for sleeping, one with a queen mattress and the other with a king. There are two TV's one 70'' flat screen in living room and a 50'' in master bedroom. The front door has 24hr access with an electronic keypad. Before you arrive for your stay, you will receive your own entry code that allows you to access the home from 3 PM on the day of your booking, until 11 AM on the day you check out. This home is located in wine country and is a short distance from several popular attractions like old town Temecula, Pechanga casino, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, Vail Lake Mountain biking, and several award-winning golf courses. We do monitor the property through use of OUTDOOR ONLY cameras in the front and side yards. The garage and master bedroom closet will not be available for use. All amenities and appliances such as the pool, spa, BBQ, internet, and kitchen are all complementary, however, if one or more are not functioning we will not refund any portion of your money back. We ask that guests are respectful of quiet hours which are from 10 pm until 7am. We do use Noiseaware to monitor the level of noise please keep it respectful as we do have neighbors. There is ample parking for guests on the property. If paying by credit card, the card must be in the renter's name/the guest signing the contract (no exceptions). Jacuzzi heating is available for an additional fee $140.00 (propane expense) max three hours per day up to 5 hours per stay. We put spa on remotely. Pool heating not available. No pets due to Allergies.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. It was very thoughtful that the host left snacks, water bottles, coffee pods and some staples we could use. Good communication with timely responses. The only negative was that you can only have 8 people in the home, which I knew ahead of time so that was fine. We had other family members staying nearby as we attended a family wedding. I invited the family to come over for a late lunch, since we had so many left overs from the wedding. I was called, and told we had too many people and cars out front. It was not a party! Just a quiet lunch and visiting with family we haven’t seen in years. It was a bummer to have to tell them they needed to leave. It doesn’t make any sense when the home, yard and area is huge. We couldn’t really use the areas for entertaining because you can’t have any people over. I would understand if we were loud and it was past the 10pm quiet rule. But, this was at 3 in the afternoon. For the high price we paid to be there, I would have liked to have been able to have my extended family come over for a meal. For that reason I may not stay there again.

This property was even more beautiful in person & was the perfect distance from the wineries! The pool, jacuzzi, and views were amazing & the house was kept in great condition. It was easy to get a hold of Jodi when needed, we will definitely he back!

The location is great, in the middle of all the wineries. The house is completely stocked, bath and beach towels, every kitchen appliance you’d need, seasonings, coffee and espresso. It was a great stay and would book again!
