There wasn’t any additional fees or payments from owner. Location is great, everything is in the close location. Carefour supermarket, cafes and metro station. You can walk to Vatican easily. The apartments windows look inside of years so you can’t hear any noise from street.
The toilet seat was broken which is not a big deal. All in all apartments might be better cleaned

Location and plenty of supplies ( bathroom linens) and kitchen cookwares
Hot water is not continuous and the pull out bed needs more cushion.

The information regarding entry to the property was excellent and easy to follow. And we were lucky that someone opened the main door so we didn't actually need to use the app.
The apartment looked a little tired, the fan didn't work and was only replaced on day 2 of our stay, because we saw the cleaner. He was very helpful and as the air con was a little temperamental, he helped with that too. Also, the controller for the TV didn't work (batteries needed changing) so we had to swap the ones from the air con controller to use the TV. Only did it once, but things like controllers, air con and fans should be checked by the manager prior to guest arrival.
