Close to main attractions. The owner was very helpful and quick responding. Always there for you if you need anything. Also quiet area so you can get good sleep after running around all day

Entering without keys 24 h. Very comfortable. Apartment was clean and very important, warm !!! In February there is no comfortable, if apartment without heating. No street noise at all, very good beds.

Location is not so crowded and has a good bus connection everywhere. It is my 4th visit of Rome and this area was the safest and quiet so far. Definitely better than around Termini. Close to Vatican City so convenient to have an early morning tour. Also, a small river is right next to the apartment. It is so nice to walk through at night. Supermarkets are nearby around 5 mins on foot.
It is on the raised ground floor, so not much steps with luggage. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and big fridge with freezer. +it is not good nor bad, but we could pay the city tour tax only in cash.
The host let us early check in and the entering keys are codes and an app. So it was great that we didn't have to carry keys and be worry free from losing them. Host is friendly and helpful but we didn't meet any in real life.
It was extremely dirty. So much dust everywhere and dust bunnies are just living there together. My mom had to get allergy pills due to the excessive dusts and I - who don't have any dust allergies- kept sneezing in the apartment. I know they let us in some hours earlier, but this is not something happening in one cleaning missing. I tried to use vacuum but that didn't work only being loud and dusts were too much to broom. I had to buy wet swiffer out of my pocket to clean the dust.
Old dusts everywhere, hairs from previous guests (we are for sure no ginger, no blond), molds, and weird damp smell from mattress and pillows. Also, duvets are so dirty with multiple yellow and red stains even though we cover it with sheets, those were really disgusting. I don't expect hotel level cleanliness but this was awful. I also go hostels sometimes, so I can tell this was worse than a hostel.
Washing machine is full with molds and I had to clean but not able to remove them fully. The sink faucet is so block with limescales, I had to clean it myself to use. We cleaned fridge as well due to food stains and weird things left inside when we got there. Also, the shower had excessive molds so we suffered the smell the molds when we shower.
I really liked the apartment except its cleanliness. I hope they changed the cleaning company.
