Nestled in Destin, this charming house for $827 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. *Summer 24 is set for 7 night stays Friday to Friday…beat the crowds and traffic on Saturdays!! Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything. This property was purchased by new owners (Nov 2020) and has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors. POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’ Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 4 in beds. There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more. GUEST HOUSE The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 6 in beds (including the queen sleeper sofa in living room). LOFT The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total. Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box. Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart! We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25. Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking) Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Due to usually having a check in on the same days as checkout, requests for early check in or late checkout are rarely approved. You can inquire the week of your arrival as there may be a gap in rental stays. Additionally, our property is large and requires the full vacancy time for our cleaning crew to properly prepare the property for our guests.

I booked this for our family of adult children and their wives to come together. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures in the listing are exactly what the house looks like. Everything was perfect and the property manager was wonder in reminding us of trash nights and what not. The pool is awesome, very clean. We had it heated and used it into the evening. Very close to a perfect vacation!

This was a great place for our two families to stay on our first trip to Destin. The kids loved the pool when we didn’t go to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook several meals and make the most of the beautiful weather. The golf cart was icing of the cake!

WE all enjoyed Destin and staying at Gigis!!! The house was a perfect fit for us and very close to the beach. It was nice having the golf cart so we could head to the beach with ease and there was golf cart parking at the beach. We utilized the pool daily on the property as well. Close to shopping, restaurants, and excursions!

We chose this property to bring our now adult children and their significant others together for a family vacation. The vacation before our kids start planning weddings and families.
The set up of this property was perfect for us… allowed everyone to have their own space yet all be together.
The kitchen is fully loaded - we cooked almost every night together! Even grilled twice. The pool was a perfect ending to a day on the beach! And for the pups… perfect space.
The location was an easy walk to the beach! The golf cart and bicycles made things very convenient for grocery runs , coffee excursions, dinner out or just exploring.
For pups, no dogs on Crystal beach … but 4 miles down the road at Miramar you can …
A walk on old 98 on the walk path … walk to Crab Trap and back is just about 3 miles! A good way to get the morning started.
All in all great location - a place to just be together and enjoy the sunshine!

We had plenty of space to prepare for the ceremony, have a mini bachelorette and bachelors party, and we even brought our puppy with us which made it all the more special. Carlina was awesome with helping me and my family set everything up for this special occasion, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We all really loved our stay, the houses are so fun and we loved the colorfulness of it! We were able to walk one block down the street and be at the beach, which was truly beautiful. We had a wonderful staying at gigis paradise. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was one block from the beach and the golf cart was perfect for going back and forth! It was also close to all the downtown Destin attractions. We communicated several times with the owners who were very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend and will stay again!

We could not have picked a better place for our family get together in Destin. There were 14 of us. If we weren’t in the pool located in the center of the property, we were at the beach two blocks away. The property owner was very responsive, answering any questions we had. I highly recommend Gigi’s Paradise!

Had a nice little fenced in backyard for the kiddos to play in and our pup to roam a little and the fenced in pool area was just the perfect size for all of us to hang out but still be able to watch the kiddos!! The garage is STOCKED with bikes, pool toys, beach chairs and more and the golf cart made getting back and for the to beach with all of our beach gear a BREEZE!! Had a washer and dryer to do all the laundry we needed and the smart tv’s were much appreciated since we had little ones to occupy at times!
The distance to the beach was super short and we never had any trouble parking the golf cart down there! Our kids preferred to bike or walk the kids in strollers most of the time but the golf cart was definitely handy for my husband and I to meet them down there and to load the gear on!
We made such wonderful memories here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family or multiple families!!!

Property was well maintained and the pool was great. Golf cart was a big plus!! The set up of the property was perfect for kids and parents alike. Many extras provided like beach chairs and pool toys made the stay even better!!!!

Based on all the checkout requirements I would have thought the house outside would have been in better shape. I cleaned up the garage and the pool heat was on in 90 plus weather and the pool was dirty and nobody came by to clean it. Also, a guy came by around 7 or 8 in the morning to do a monthly check on the golfcart and was not told he was coming. Did love the location and it was very quite area.
