Modern coastal 4 BR home sprawling over two spacious levels, culminating in stunning ocean views of the Barwon River, The Bluff and the blue waters of Bass Strait. A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and 3 metre dining table that easily allows you to entertain up to 12 people.
4 bedrooms (2 upstairs & 2 downstairs), front lounge and 2 luxurious bathrooms (one with bath and one with spa). Hotel quality towels, linen, pillows & doonas provided. Central heating and split system air conditioning throughout.

Games room complete with pool , table tennis, darts and TV.
Large garage can accommodate a boat and there is room for up to 4 cars. We know you will feel truly at home staying at our "Castle on the hill"!

This house is amazing, everyrhing you need is supplied. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing break. Wonderful sunsets sitting on the upstairs balcony.

Very clean and spacious property. great outdoor area and heaps of condiments etc left in the kitchen for convenience. If I was to be super picky I would have loved if the water pressure was increased a little in the showers, and aircons in the bedrooms especially for the summer months but i'm being incredibly picky with that. Overall we absolutely loved the property and would gladly stay again.

This property is everything you could possibly ask for. The hosts are wonderful, the facilities are to die for. I cannot thank them enough for the accomodation, and their amazing communication throughout the stay. 100% recommend, I definitely know where I’m going on my next holiday!!
