✓ Bedroom 2, the 2nd upstairs bedroom also features King size Tempur-Pedic Mattress, ample closet space with hangers & is 3 steps down the hall to 2nd upstairs bathroom.
✓ Bedroom 3, this bedroom features adjustable work desk & swivel chair, bunk bed w/Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress on lower bunk & a Twin size Ghost cooling mattress above. This room has 9ft ceilings, Skylight & closet space with hangers.
✓ Bedroom 4, this bedroom is behind the sliding barn door off the living room & features a Queen size bed with ample closet storage space with hangers. Additionally the duvets & pillows for the pull out couch beds are in this rooms closet.

✓ Parking for 2 vehicle (or 3 smaller cars) on driveway during Summer & Winter but there are 3 additional parking spaces available on right of way only between October-April (5-6 vehicles total) Additional Summer or Winter paid parking available at next door parking lot, Minet's beach. $80 per vehicle per 16 hours.

The property was perfect for our group of 4 couples, who were celebrating the 70th birthday of one of our members by cycling the Simcoe County Loop Trail. After a long day of riding, it was great to relax on the beautiful deck while watching kite surfers and wing foil riders on the lake.Curtis was a terrific and attentive host who went out of his way to help solve a logistical issue we encountered.

The property was so nice we had a tough time leaving to do anything else. Between the sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and sunset views from the dock we felt like our nights couldn’t have been better. Also, inside was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. We never felt cramped for space and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, Curtis was kind and quick to reply with any question we had. Me and the whole group give a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

Welcoming host and very well equipped house. The layout is very accommodating and cozy. We spent a winter weekend here and it was a perfect getaway. Bonus that it’s still close to the city and you have access to uber eats etc. Would love to stay hear to experience the summer!
