Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the sitting area with seating for 6 guests, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The beauty of this room is the open air “observatory” style ceiling with large windows for maximum lighting overhead and an overlook from the second floor into the first. Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
