Above the garage, the private carriage house offers an additional bedroom, bathroom, living area and full kitchen—ideal for grandparents, couples or guests wanting extra privacy.

YOUR PRIVATE OUTDOOR OASIS
Swim in the private pool, relax on the chaise loungers or gather beneath the string lights for dinner in the fenced courtyard. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

GOOD TO KNOW
The primary renter must be at least 25 and remain onsite throughout the reservation. Parties and events are not permitted. Parking is limited to five vehicles, with no street parking.
Howard Vacations provides an initial supply of essential bathroom and kitchen amenities. Guests should bring or purchase additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies and kitchen necessities for their stay.
