About this house rental
Located in Round Hill Village, this attractive house for $640 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Permit number: DSTR1236P Maximum occupancy: 10 Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 4 Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. No matter the season, you and your party are sure to have a phenomenal time at this jewel of a home, located just a mile east of beautiful Lake Tahoe! Inside this spacious, two-level vacation rental, you'll find a sparkling chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, double wall oven, and a kegerator. Dine together or play board games at one of the indoor or outdoor tables with plenty of seating for your entire group. If it's time for a little friendly competition, rack up the balls and shoot some pool by the gas fireplace while you watch a game on the wall-mounted TV. Or pop up some popcorn and cozy up in the front living room where you can switch on the gas fireplace and watch a movie or a favorite show. This home also includes a private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. And as for sleeping arrangements, there are six cozy bedrooms here for a grand total of two king-size beds, four queens, and one twin bunk for the kids. When it's time to visit the lake, Nevada Beach is just two miles west, perfect for frequent trips to the shore, while Zephyr Cove offers unique views and fun activities, less than three miles from your door! Visiting golfers will want to pack their clubs and take on the 18 lakeside holes at Edgewood, only three miles south. Winter guests will appreciate being just five miles from Heavenly Resort, which offers nine lifts leading to 97 trails with a range of difficulties. And don't forget to stop in Stateline for a little adult gaming action at the Hard Rock, Harrah's, and Montbleu, a little over two miles away. Things to Know This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was a fantastic place for us to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends and family. This house had everything we expected and was a perfect home base. Thank you for having us!

The house was spacious and comfortable for all 10 of us. I do wish that all the bedrooms could have had a fan-there were only 4. Some of the nights were pretty warm which made it difficult to sleep for those who didn’t have a fan. Who ever is the caretaker for this place may want to go around inside and outside to change out all the dead bulbs. The kitchen had plenty of storage with a pantry and lots of cupboards and drawers. Lots of silver ware, glassware, mugs, plates, bowls. Even the extras like crock pot, two coffee makers, blender, waffle iron, griddle, panini press. Note that there was no foil, plastic wrap, ziplocs-you May want to bring your own. What the kitchen could have used is a couple normal sized baking pans (there were 2 small cookie sheets) we could have used some oven mitts and dish rags. There were two dish towels. The pots and pans were that non stick type and they were peeling so I think it might be time to replace them. The dishwasher is not bolted in so it comes tilting out when you open up the door. The trash compactor really needs a thorough clean out or possibly taken out altogether. It’s a bit smelly and grimy. Aside from those two things the kitchen was really great. I do wish there were table and chairs outside. And I would have rather a second living area instead of the pool table room but that’s just my personal opinion. The games and puzzles were a great bonus as the last day on our vacation was very cold and rainy. Thank you for your home.

The property was well kept and everything worked out well. The pool table was a hit for the kids and plenty of board games are sprinkled around the house for the guests to enjoy. The space is well maintained and we enjoyed the convenient and quiet location for a short drive to downtown.

This big, comfortable home was a good fit for our group. Location was very convenient to the lake, hiking, and other family-oriented amenities. The home was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Loved the huge, well-appointed kitchen and big play area with pool table for the kids. We had to contact Vacasa just once during our stay and they were very responsive. There are two reasons why I didn’t give it 5 stars: lack of chairs on the deck - there were only 2 chairs, which meant we couldn’t comfortably gather on the deck for morning sun and coffee, and the backyard had large gaps in the fencing, which made it unsafe for our dog. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend.

We had all the amenities anybody needs. The house was beautiful, minutes from recreational locations and quiet. The SPA and pool table were an added bonus. The master suite has a walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, 2 balconies and you can watch the stars from your king sized bed looking through the sky lights. I would highly reccommend this gem in Lake Tahoe.

This was a nice, big house that suited our large group very well. The location was wonderful, close to groceries/restaurants and Lake Tahoe/South Lake Tahoe. Cleanliness could have been improved, and most blankets were thin with no extras available. All in all, it was a nice place that I would be happy to recommend.

This is a great house in an awesome location. We stayed here with 7 adults and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very well supplied. The house is conveniently located near a grocery store, skiing, hiking trails, and the beach. Perfect vacation!
