3 bedroom home. 2 baths. Spacious open plan with open kitchen, nook, living and dining room that opens up to a Lanai that has a bar, outdoor TV and dinning table. Right off the lanai is a beautiful heated pool that overlooks a golf course and small pond. You'll have a garage for your car. golf cart and storage items. You'll be in a community that offers a recreation building with a larger pool.
The home is located just about in the center of the entire Villages community giving you easier access to the all the recreation available as well as the town centers

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay for 30 days at this property. The property was exceptionally clean and well prepared for a guest to stay. We were extremely satisfied with the check in process and helpfulness of communication regarding entry. The Host communicated with us throughout the entire stay regarding questions, etc.The only recommendation for Host is very minor in that I would suggest adding a pizza pan and cutter to the kitchen utensils.We would definitely consider staying at this property again when we visit Florida and The Villages.

The home was beautifully furnished, clean and exceeded my expectations on comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked. The host went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days.
The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida.
Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.
