Super clean. - they give you clean sheets and towels and robe + a room clean everyday. Great shower pressure and temp. The workers are so friendly welcoming and helpful. Stayed one week. Amazing location couldn’t be in a better spot.
Honestly nothing. It’s a little outdated (exactly as shown in photo) but you get what you pay for. 100% worth it

Very friendly staff. Location is fantastic, right next to Okubo station but not noisy. Funky little cool hotel.
No elevator so suitcases to the 3rd floor were interesting. Bathroom shower had a ripped curtain in the room.

The hotel had everything we needed and was a great location. The room was rather small, but keep in mind, this is tokyo.

The location was very close to a station so you could travel easily throughout Tokyo.
There is no elevator or anything for getting luggage up those many stairs. Also on the first day, some of the staff weren’t very friendly but all the other days they were nice.
Cleanliness was also not the best with a lot of stains on the beds but other than that it was clean.
