Nestled in Avon, this charming house for $191 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Four Seasons #3-RT Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Four Seasons, has undergone a great remodel! Lots of new updates for 2024 include a brand-new kitchen, new deck, two sets of bunk beds, and all new windows! Stylishly updated and appointed, Four Seasons is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in North Avon on the ocean side of Highway 12. With just a short walk to the beach access boardwalk, you won’t miss a minute of beach time. The ground level has a large concrete pad for ample parking, two carports, a shower, a fish-cleaning table, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, and easy ocean access. On the first floor are four bedrooms, all with TVs, two full baths and a separate laundry room. (Baths and beds are designed to create two primary suites.) The bedrooms all have splashes of relaxing beach colors and plenty of lighted closet space. Plus, kids will love the addition of two new sets of bunk beds, decorated in colorful fish decor, the perfect beach themed sleepover or hang-out room. Sliders from the two front bedrooms lead to the east and north facing deck, complete with furniture for reading, relaxing, or just enjoying the tranquillity of a beach vacation. The airy, bright, coastal cottage style top floor has all new windows with postcard views of the sound and ocean. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and beautiful, bright quartz countertops, with plenty of space for cooking or gathering around the island, complete with bar stools, or at the adjacent eight-seat dining table. A second four-seat table in its own space is perfect for meals, playing games, doing puzzles, or even working. The open-plan great room with exposed cedar beams and ceiling fans allows for sweeping views to the living area, screened porch, and library. Relax on the cozy sectional sofa for tv watching or take yourself into the off-set library, where you’ll find all sorts of books, and super comfy seating including a sleeper sofa and swivel armchairs, for watching those amazing Avon sunsets. An adjacent half bath allows this space to serve as a fifth bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck with lots of furniture for your relaxation. Or spend the day relaxing in the rocking chairs on the inviting screened porch, which includes additional, newly updated furniture, and has spectacular sound and ocean views. Create your own memories in any season at Four Seasons in North Avon. THINGS TO KNOW You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house was really great for two families to share. The layout was really nice and it was super close to the beach. The downside of the home is that the two “queen” beds were super uncomfortable and we are quite positive they were full size beds and NOT queen. There was also zero storage space for guests in the kitchen. There were way too many dishes and cups. It would have been nice to have some pantry space for food. It was also frustrating that there was a linen package on this home but the listing didnt mention that neither did the Vacasa rep we spoke with when we booked the home.

The place was clean, close to beach access, and had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 2 children...it could easily accommodate more. We would stay here again for sure.

While the kitchen was a bit dated the house was clean, well maintained and decorated beautifully. When we had a minor issue the problem was resolved expediently and we were impressed! Had a wonderful time.

First, the good. The physical property rental was as shown in the listing. Location was good, about 300 yd walk to the water. Dinnerware was adequate. Really liked the open concept of the living area, and the layout of bedrooms on the lower level. Appliances were good, newer, and functioned properly. Linens were clean and supplied by the property owner, which was a nice offering. The views from the upper levels were fantastic, especially the sun setting over the bay. Wow.
Now the bad......(suggested upgrades)
A few simple updates would have really done this property justice. Bigger TV's. The bedroom TV's are tiny, not really usable. The Living room TV needs upgraded as this is a large space. Usable, but could be a suggestion for future updating. The bed mattresses were terrible, especially the master. There's only outdoor furniture on the upper deck, with no outdoor furniture on the lower covered deck, essentially making this unusable space.
Lastly, the really bad.....
I inquired on beach equipment provided for our trip 4 days prior to departure. Upon arriving, there was zero equipment, which left us in quite a predicament. I questioned a 2nd time on day one of arrival, and finally received an answer from the property mgr on day two, stating that no beach equipment is provided, and that they will update the listing to reflect this. So we had no beach chairs, shade, canopy, etc. I initially asked prior to departure because we would have brought ours. I expected, at a minimum, to have a few chairs to sit on. But I was wrong. Total bummer.
Overall, the property was nice, and we had a great time. A few updates put this property over the top. And lastly, better response time from the property manager is a must. Had we known to bring our own gear, we would have.

The house was lovely. It completely accommodated friends and family- a home away from home. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but comfortable. My family enjoyed every day that we had. We were able to walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops were very close.
The kitchen had all of the dishes and utensils needed for cooking, as well as microwave, blender and toaster oven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

However, it has some maintenance issues that appear to have been around for a while just have not been repaired. One of the shower heads was corroded and clearly had been that way for a while. There was a section of the eave under the roof that was missing that had several large birds living in it creating an irritation on the inside as you could hear them. Having the outdoor shower would have been great for returning from the beach however it did not work. Upon our arrival one of the two showers would not even drain. We reported it to the realty company and the drain issue was resolved on the second day of our stay. Like I said over all we enjoyed our stay and it was enough to get us through. I would have expected a more well maintained property though.
