Nestled in Avon, this attractive house for $190 per night is a great option for your next trip. Amaizin Blue #3-3 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. With an unabashed love of the contemporary with all the essence, charm, and size of an old Nags Head-style Southern mansion, this home spreads out over 3,000 square feet and nine-foot ceilings to truly provide a feeling of luxury. Each bedroom features a TV, while two bedrooms have direct access to the wrap-around lower deck with a private hot tub (with a new one coming in 2024). On the second level, the two-story oceanfront window wall illuminates the spacious great room with spectacular views of the ocean. The large dining room and well-equipped kitchen open up onto a graciously proportioned screened porch with ocean views and a Ping-Pong table. Feel free to cook up dinner on the private gas grill and take in the fresh air. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). A sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Please respect this home's pet policy, as the owner has severe allergies. Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an amenity pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Thank you for the stay at your beautiful house. The proximity to the ocean was 2nd to none. The access to the beach was so close and perfect. The home was very clean and very well appointed and organized with labels for just about everything. This made finding things quite easy. The deck furniture was perfect.

Our family from the west coast, Arizona, Illinois, West Virginia came for a 2 week stay. It was perfect. Plenty of room, big kitchen, elevator for older folks needing help with stairs, an icemaker that never ran out of ice!
Towels must have been upgraded because they were very nice.
Views were spectacular! Very happy. We booked another 2 weeks in Oct of 2024.

The home and location were beautiful, the details by the hosts, Hatteras Realty were not impressive...
The clean linens and towels for the week are in totes on the front porch ready for you to make yourself, not something I knew ahead of time nor wanted to do myself upon arrival when check-in is late (6pm) and you’re just getting settled. As for toiletries, we eventually found a ziplock bag of hand soap and shampoo in a hallway closet rather than in each bathroom. Toilet paper was whatever the previous visitors didn’t use, so a few half rolls.
The hot tub was out of order for a few days though it was in the process of getting fixed, non the less disappointing when we arrived and found notes saying the hot tub was out of order. It was fine because we later found out it had been scheduled to be fixed in a few days… but I found this out from the pool guy when he showed up, not the hosts.
Upon packing/leaving on the last day, we were a little surprised when the cleaning crew arrived at 8:30am (10am checkout) asking how long we expected to be. Not really the cleaning crew’s fault but I feel the property hosts should communicate to their contractors when the renters have the house through. I knew checkout was 10am, we were out before 9am, I don’t think I should feel rushed by contractors when I’m still in my rental period. Bad last impression.
When it comes down to it, the house was great, we loved it. Beautiful views and location. The lack of detail and communicating expectations from the hosts was what brought this rating down. Had I known ahead of time the hot tub was getting fixed in 3 days, take the totes off the front porch and make your beds, soap is in the closet and bring your own toilet paper, then at least I wouldn’t have been hit with annoying surprises one by one. Not impressive when you pay a premium for a vacation rental nor something I’d experienced at other vacation rentals or other Vacasa experiences.
Unfortunately Hatteras Realty, I will not visit one of your properties again.

We loved this home! Vacasa was great to work with. This was our third year to the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest home we have been in. My sister broke her foot the week before we got there, since we had the elevator, she was able to get around easily. We loved being in the sand and so close to the water. This was also a great location for coffee, food, and shopping. We have already rebooked for next year.

We loved the oceanfront view, layout of the house, the elevator, very clean, well supplied, beds comfortable, TV in every room, outdoor furniture comfortable and we like that we could sit up high and see over the deck, the ping pong table. We would definitely stay here. Best house I have ever stayed. A pool would have been nice at the house but we enjoyed the community pool. Thank you!

Few negatives. Sorry to see after several seasons of renting with Hatteras Realty that recycling is no longer available. Environmentally unfriendly. We transported five days worth of plastic etc to Buxton.

We loved everything! Clean, pretty, well-stocked, gathering space and quiet space, loft for the kids tv and toys, beautiful views, ping pong table, hot tub, screen porch, gas grill, elevator, downstairs fridge. There was just everything right about this house and everyone loved it. Beautiful beach to see the fireworks. Groceries etc so nearby.

House and location is fantastic but the beach is gone. Their were 20’ dunes in front of the house to keep the waves from coming in. House is wonderful fully stocked with anything you can imagine or use. Everything is labeled which was very helpful.

We have stayed all over OBX and this was our best vacation yet! The property was clean and extremely well stocked for needs. Beds were comfortable and appliances new. Amaizin’ Blue was Amazing!!!
